The Cowboy Experience at Red Rock Ranch is an unforgettable journey into the heart of the Wild West—where luxury meets authenticity. Nestled on 40 acres of breathtaking high desert, guests stay in cozy glamping domes beneath endless starry skies, surrounded by horses and red rock vistas. Days are filled with adventure and culture: learning to ride and rope with real cowboys, hearing the rich stories of the Havasupai Tribe, and exploring sacred lands and scenic trails by horseback or ATV. Evenings bring campfire cookouts, cowboy coffee, and live storytelling under the stars—creating the perfect blend of adventure, connection, and serenity for families, couples, and solo travelers alike.
Cancellation Policy
🐎 Red Rock Ranch – Booking Policy Reservations All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized partners. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Prices are listed in USD and include accommodations, meals, activities, and transportation as described in the experience itinerary. Each dome accommodates up to 2 guests. Additional guests or custom arrangements must be approved prior to booking. Cancellations & Refunds Full refund for cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival. 50% refund for cancellations made 7–13 days prior to arrival. No refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival or for early departures. Bookings can be rescheduled once (subject to availability) if requested at least 10 days before your scheduled stay. Weather & Safety Red Rock Ranch operates rain or shine. However, in the event of severe weather or unsafe riding conditions, certain activities may be modified, postponed, or replaced with equivalent experiences. Safety is our top priority; guests must follow ranch staff instructions at all times. Check-In & Check-Out Check-In: 3:00 PM Check-Out: 11:00 AM Early arrivals or late departures may be arranged upon request and availability. Guest Requirements Minimum age for horseback riding is 2 years old (younger children may participate in horse painting and other activities). All riders must sign a liability waiver prior to participating in any riding or ranch activity. Guests must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or dietary needs before arrival. Damage & Conduct Guests are responsible for any damage caused to ranch property or accommodations. Red Rock Ranch reserves the right to remove guests behaving in a disruptive or unsafe manner without refund. Pet Policy Due to the presence of horses and wildlife, pets are not permitted on the property (service animals excepted). Photography & Media Guests consent to non-intrusive photography and videography for promotional use by Red Rock Ranch. Guests who prefer not to be photographed may notify staff upon arrival.
